Is it easy to build my SPW?
It is extremely easy to build your single property website. Once you create your main account, you will then be able to enter all the listing information into our easy Listing Form, and then select the template layout you want and you are done! No coding or html needed!
Do I need to know any coding or technical skills?
No, our SPW system is made with the Realtor in mind, not web designers. Creating and editing your single property website is quick and easy with our fill in the blank Listing Form that allows you to easily build your Property Website. You will be able to build your site quickly, with no brain damage!
Can I feed data from my MLS into the website automatically?
No, our system is not a data-feed driven solution. Our luxury, customizable single property websites are built so that you have control over the information and images that you put into the site.
Can I use a custom domain name for each single property website I create?
Yes, you can use a domain name (URL) such as www.1234MainSt.com to place on your marketing materials for each SPW in your account.
For the best viewing experience for your visitors, so that it displays correctly on all devices, use our Domain Forward Service. For only $25, you get 1 year registration of the domain name, and professional domain forwarding through our system.
You may purchase your domain name HERE through us.
If you purchase through another 3rd party provider, you will need to forward the domain name yourself. Select URL Forwarding, instead of URL Framing when setting up your Forward settings. A URL Frame will not allow your site to display mobile responsive on phones or tablets.
How do I point my domain name?
If you purchased your domain name with us, we will do it for you. If you purchased it through GoDaddy, Enom, Network Solutions, or elsewhere, you will need to forward the domain name yourself. Will I be able to view traffic stats for my site?
Yes, you will be able to see how many total unique visitors have viewed your SPW, as well as sources and location of those visitors. We also provide how many pageviews, # of pages/visit, and bounce rate.
Can I add video to my SPW?
Yes, several of the templates include a video content block. Take any video you have of the property and upload it to YouTube, Vimeo or Wista. Then copy and paste the embed code provided into your video block.
You can also link to a Virtual Tour by placing the URL in the Virtual Tour Field in the Listings Form. This is usually from a 3rd Party provider like Matterport, Virtuance, or Listings Magic.
Do I need to optimize photos before I upload them to the Gallery?
You probably want to make sure the size of the photos is consistent, so that they display beautifully in the gallery. The maximum file size allowed to upload is 4MB. But for optimal viewing, your photos should be 1 MB or under.
Are all features included on all the plans?
Yes, the only difference between the plans is how many SPWs you can build on your account.
Can you build it for me?
Absolutely. If you find that you don't have the time or the know-how to build the SPW yourself, we can do it for you. For $199, we will build out all the sections with the information provided in the MLS. You must provide us the MLS number of the listing, and access to photos either on the MLS or on a virtual tour gallery link. Click Here if you want us to build it for you.
Do you have an Office Plan for all my Agents to use for their listings?
If you need an account that will allow you to have a large number of listings active at one time, contact us to get a quote.
What if I have trouble building my site?
We provide you with a tutorial video that walks you through the simple steps on how to build your Single Property Website. If you still are having trouble, you can have us build the site for you at a fee of $199. Click here to request to have your SPW built for you.
Do you provide phone support?
No, we cannot provide you with phone support at this time. But if you are having an issue, you may contact us by our Support/Contact Form. We will respond as quickly as possible.
